Whatever you do, do it well.
Objective
Walt Disney World, as a digital marketing client contacted our Platforms team to help redesign their Disney’s public relations department website also known as WDWNews. The core purpose of the website is to be the central location where the media is able to gather press related stories and assets. A key new feature added to the new structure was a “Media Folder” allowing users to collect assets, download them as a package vs. downloading individually items at a time. Creating this new feature helped improve overall usability, including a 26% increase in session duration.

Objective
More Visitors Scrolling Farther
Condensing the height of the carousel and removing the “In the Spotlight” section in the right column to accommodate the carousel’s full width had a positive outcome. More visitors scrolled further down the page and viewed more of the content verses focusing on just the top where the carousel resides.
